The Coaching Associates is an organisation that was formed by Tungamirai and Catherine Mupombwa with a vision to serve in the development of professional and non-professional individuals to achieve their dreams. Having seen the need in society and in the work places that they have worked they thought to bring the idea of a strong life-support-network, hence The Coaching Associates was birthed. They formed the organisation not only for the working age/classes but also for the children , the parents, and all living beings that make life complete.

Tungamirai (Tunga) is a Metallurgist by profession, he is a curious mind, a critical thinker and has a mind of a leader who looks at everything as a process, and understands that the effects of every item (aspect/action/decision) can bring a positive or negative result. The vision of TCA, is a well-oiled and lined engine, where every aspect pushes the other to the desired end result.

Catherine (Cathie) on the other hand, an Accountant, Certified Life Coach, is an empathetic being, looking at life with an eye opened for what is not said, what drives the decision, what pushes the person into a decision, paying attention to details (as most accountants do), however not turning a blind eye to what the future may hold, what great potential a person holds and how possible it is to support any and all people who consciously seek life coaching to better their decisions and actions, in order to achieve great success.
